ALWAYS IN OUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS
MISS BEAUTIFUL LEAH VICTORIA AVRIL
SO LOVED AND MISSED
YOU WILL FOREVER BE IN THE HEARTS
OF YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS
Dear
Dear family of beloved Leah,
I lean from Joann (Leah’s aunt) bout this heart wrenching story, I am so very sad for the loss of such a bright, precious young angle with such a promising future. I pray for Leah and her family everyday.
I can relay very easy to your indescribable pain and agony, I know what you are going through. My daughter Donna Jou,
www.donnajou.com ,19 years young, an honor, pre-medical student at San Diego State University went missing June 23, 2007. She was ripped away from us senselessly by a 3 times convicted sex offender, for unknown reasons. With never a good-bye, all I have to rely on are my wonderful memories of our good times together. She vanished so violently, torn away from us without a trace. Her absence is unbearable; I am in constant pain. She was the sun and the sun has now stopped shining.
The abductor was hiding behind his 5th Amendment Right not to tell us abut Donna. After conduct of a grand jury, he decides to talk. His deceiving story is: I gave her drug, she passed, and I dispose her in the Pacific Ocean. Since there are no DNA, no witness, the authorities accepted his plea, sentenced him with 5 years prison. Now due to the overcrowding of prisons, he will be released in April 2011 – LESS THAN 2 YEARS FOR SUCH A MAJOR CRIME. No justice was served in this case. To us, Donna’s family, our criminal justice system is sending wrong messages to the killers, if you kill and destroy the body; we let you go in 2 years to do more killing of our innocent, naïve children.
Respectfully.
